Brendan Burgart, President and Owner of Burgart Projects, brings 25 years of successful experience in construction, development, and design. Known for his approachable communication style, Brendan listens intently to client needs and offers creative design solutions and effective problem-solving. He also demonstrates a keen attention to detail.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western University and an Honours Diploma in Architectural Technology from BCIT, Brendan has the technical background and knowledge to manage all aspects of residential new construction, renovations, and commercial projects. His family’s involvement in residential construction and property development has further shaped his expertise.

Nancy Burgart plays an integral role as a partner at Burgart Projects, where she brings her keen eye for design and wealth of experience to elevate each project. With a degree in fashion design and a successful career in the fashion industry under her belt, Nancy seamlessly transitioned into the world of interior design, infusing spaces with her signature style and meticulous attention to detail.

Her passion for crafting beautiful, functional interiors shines through in every home renovation and new construction project she undertakes. Nancy approaches each project with fresh inspiration and perspective.
